How does Own It Hire work?

Own It Hire lets you rent outfits for a fraction of the retail price. Simply browse our collection, book your outfit for your chosen dates, and have it delivered to your doorstep or pick it up. After your event, return it via post or drop it off at the pickup location.

Where is Own It Hire located?

We are based on the Northern Gold Coast.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! We offer express shipping Australia-wide, so your outfit arrives quickly and hassle-free. Please see Terms of Service

Hiring & Returns

How long is the hire period?

Our standard hire period is 3 or 4 days, giving you enough time to enjoy your outfit. Please see Terms of Service

How do I return my hire?

Simply place the dress in an Express Satchel and drop it off at a Post Office by the due date, or return it to the pickup location. Please see Terms of Service

Is postage included?

Postage is an additional cost on top of the hire price. Please see Terms of Service

What happens if I return my hired item late?

Late returns may incur a $10 per day fee, as they affect future bookings. Please ensure you return your hire on time. Please see Terms of Service

Fit & Care

What if the item I hired doesn't fit?

If your dress doesn’t fit, contact us immediately. We may be able to offer a store credit if the item is returned unworn within 24 hours.

What if I accidentally damage the item I've hired?

Renting Out Your Dresses

How can I make money by renting out my dresses?

With Own It Hire , you can list your outfits and earn a percentage each time they’re hired. It’s a great way to make extra money while sharing your wardrobe with others!
